Review of Truly, Madly, Greekly by Mandy Baggot

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review**
A few months ago Ellen Brooks had a career path and her future all mapped out. Breaking rules and order were not part of her nature. She strived for things and worked hard. Lacy was her sister and getting married next year, but things had to be planned very far in advance. Lacy wanted to marry in Corfu. Ellen's mother had died and her father had married Marguerite. Before Lacy's second birthday, Marguerite left with another man. Yan introduced himself and said he was from the animation team. Ellen's behavior intrigues Yan. Maybe she was as unsettled has he was in Corfu. Yan had been with a powerful mafia bosses daughter. The boss found out Yan was illiterate and told his daughter. She broke the engagement. Yan eventually left Bulgaria. Yan desired Ellen. He also got her to unwind a bit.
Ellen is very driven, the type that always has a plan. She is loyal, but she doesn't usually stick up for herself. She loves her family. She does change for the better through the twists and turns of the story, even finding love. Yan can be very determined. He is also goal-oriented. He is actually a nice guy and loves kids. He is trying to better his life and not use anyone to do it.
At times this was a bit slow but overall a good story. I do recommend it.
