June Coffin was a siren and in hiding. Sam Haain is leader of the paranormal alliance and insisted June got a thorough education on paranormals. June was sent to talk to the vampires as the alliance needed their help on a mission. Sam had rescued June and her brother Jason and Micho from the institute. Sam wanted to eventually take down the institute. June went through a lot, which made this story. It was riveting. I liked the story and plot and loved the characters. Demetri has three days to himself on his custom-built yacht. Then he would purpose to Christina, as she would do what he wants. Rania had tried to free her uncle from prison and ended up stowed away on Demetri's yacht, but two gun men were also there. Now she needed Demetri to go along that they were married. This was an excellent story. I loved the ups and downs of the story. I loved for Rania to finally want to settle and to have found happiness. Demetri also went through ins and outs to find love. Dawson has been working in New Orleans on putting an end to the biggest human trafficking ring in the country. He works for the FBI. Abby was a digital forensics investigator and the girl who had shattered Dawson's heart. Now he was reassigned to the FBI office back home. I loved this story. Holly's mom had married well and Holly had a step-brother who she didn't think liked her until they became lovers. Cat bumps into the CEO of Sterling Tech, the biggest competitor of Google. He wants Cat to let him know how she's doing. Then he offers Cat a job and to be his pretend girlfriend. Indie finds out she's pregnant and wasn't completely pleased because of the tension in the household with Brad's drinking. Some of the stories were better than others, but still was a good collection of stories. They had good plots and characters. Neiva is staying with her grandmother for her senior year at Spirit Alaska. She was approaching her 17th birthday, which was celebrating a special rite of passage on Spirit. She also had a crush on her friend Nate, who had changed drastically since she saw him last, until she saw the mysterious Darius. A truly EPIC story. I really enjoyed going on Neiva's journey with her. She proved her loyalty and honor in coming above many obstacles. It was a great overall story with a great plot and characters. Amber loved Kale, but nobody had heard from him and he was declared MIA. This was an excellent novella, telling all in this one story. and through it all Amber remained true to her belief in herself. Iris was a pre-school teacher, as was her friend Kara. They taught at the same school. Iris wasn't paying attention and almost got hit by a motorcycle driven by Thane, who happened to have been her first love and she hadn't seen him in five years. For being a novella, it was good, just a little quick. I enjoyed it. The overall story, plot and characters were really good. I recommend it. Rafe was a tiger shifter. He had been with Callie first in Dallas. Now she was his brother's true pregnant mate and Rafe was still affected by it. Rafe went to a small cafe and helped the server, Jax. It was a great novella. The characters and plot were great for it being short. Everything came together. Lucy is rushing with Allgra, her best friend, to class, literally running into Tomas, as she wasn't paying attention. Tomas was a transfer student from Prague. I loved all the characters, as well as the plot and overall story. I loved the twists that both Lucy and Tomas went through to find happiness and love.
