Review of Fairytale Beginnings: A Heartwarming Romantic Comedy by Holly Martin - 5 Stars

Milly was on her way to Clover Rest. She was to be a guest of Lord Cameron Heartstone. Milly was a historian. Cameron had just inherited the castle he didn't have the money to fix. It didn't appear on any maps and there was no historical documentation. Milly was to stay at the castle for one week. Milly worked for Castle Heritage. She was to assess the historical value of the castle. Cameron had been hurt by gold diggers, although he was attracted to Milly, but he didn't want anything to happen. Milly was also attracted to Cameron but she had been hurt.
Milly was a quirky person. She loved her Disney movies as that was the only happily ever after she thought she'd ever see. She was sweet and kind. She was intelligent, loyal and honest. Through the twists and turns of this story, she found her happily ever after and then some. I really loved her character. Cameron was a writer so he was creative. He had also been hurt so he was leery of any relationships. He had a lot of trust issues with women. He was physically and mentally strong. He could be kind and sweet when he trusted himself to be. He did a lot of growing through this story. I liked his character.
I liked pretty much all the characters in this book, except the villain. The plot and story were great. I highly recommend it.

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review** Maddy was dating an angel, MJ. MJ is a protector who has broken a lot of rules, but some he had to keep. MJ told Maddy she was his heart and he would fight before he would let anyone take her. Maddy had some special powers of her own. The characters were good, especially Maddy, who was overwhelmed with powers she couldn't control and the love she couldn't state and MJ. The plot was good as was the overall story. It dragged a little bit, but overall a good story. I recommend, although I didn't like the ending.

Her Wolf by Rebecca Royce My rating: 4 of 5 stars Ashlee Morrison thinks she’s going crazy...again. She’s become a bit obsessed with a wolf who may or may not be talking to her. Tristan Kane is a shifter that has been stuck in his wolf form and trapped at a zoo. When he finally gets a real scent of a worker that he’s been keeping an eye on makes him realize that she’s actually his mate. Like with all of this author’s books, this was a really good story and I really loved all of the characters. I really felt for Ashlee as she basically had her world flipped upside down right from the beginning. The only thing that bothered me was that it felt rushed in some places where I would’ve liked it to not have been.
