Hungry Like the Wolf by Paige Tyler

Gage Dixon is a commander of a Dallas Police SWAT Team, a very special in that all of them are wolves. Mackenzie Stone is a reporter with the Dallas Daily Star. Her assistant and best friend is Zack Gibson. A low life criminal, Marvin Cole, came to Mackenzie and told her the SWAT wasn't right and showed her some ragged, deep scratch marks put on him when he was holed up with a child he had kidnapped. The SWAT team was well loved, so Mackenzie decided to make it her business and show that something wasn't right. So starts her journey with Gage and the SWAT team.

Mackenzie is a determined woman, not afraid to put herself in the line of danger to get her story. She feels everyone has the right to know the truth. Gage is the commander of his pack. He is very strong, very forceful and very commanding as he has to be since all of the members of his team are Alpha wolves. He's very loyal and caring. As his story goes on, you really feel for him. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and couldn't put it down.

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review** Maddy was dating an angel, MJ. MJ is a protector who has broken a lot of rules, but some he had to keep. MJ told Maddy she was his heart and he would fight before he would let anyone take her. Maddy had some special powers of her own. The characters were good, especially Maddy, who was overwhelmed with powers she couldn't control and the love she couldn't state and MJ. The plot was good as was the overall story. It dragged a little bit, but overall a good story. I recommend, although I didn't like the ending.

Her Wolf by Rebecca Royce My rating: 4 of 5 stars Ashlee Morrison thinks she’s going crazy...again. She’s become a bit obsessed with a wolf who may or may not be talking to her. Tristan Kane is a shifter that has been stuck in his wolf form and trapped at a zoo. When he finally gets a real scent of a worker that he’s been keeping an eye on makes him realize that she’s actually his mate. Like with all of this author’s books, this was a really good story and I really loved all of the characters. I really felt for Ashlee as she basically had her world flipped upside down right from the beginning. The only thing that bothered me was that it felt rushed in some places where I would’ve liked it to not have been.
