Review of Vampires Never Cry Wolf by Sara Humphreys

Sadie is a two-century old vampire. Olivia is her maker and dearest friend. Olivia had started a night club, the Coven, twenty years ago and six months ago Sadie took over. Maya is one of the members of Olivia's coven with Sadie. She can detect wolves in the area as well as turn a werewolf into a human. Her blood-mate is Shane, a sentry for the presidium, the vampire government. King Heinrich is the werewolf king. Killian Bane is the werewolf prince, the next in line to be king. Killian is opening a bar, putting it in direct competition with Sadie's. Killian has a thing for Sadie even though it's frowned upon.

Sadie loves being a vampire. She's quirky, independent and you just like her. She very definitely tries to fight her attraction to Killian. Killian is strong-willed, knows what he wants, and is determined to get it, even if it's Sadie. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book with it's little twists and turns. I'd recommend it to anybody that likes paranormal stories.

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review** Maddy was dating an angel, MJ. MJ is a protector who has broken a lot of rules, but some he had to keep. MJ told Maddy she was his heart and he would fight before he would let anyone take her. Maddy had some special powers of her own. The characters were good, especially Maddy, who was overwhelmed with powers she couldn't control and the love she couldn't state and MJ. The plot was good as was the overall story. It dragged a little bit, but overall a good story. I recommend, although I didn't like the ending.

Her Wolf by Rebecca Royce My rating: 4 of 5 stars Ashlee Morrison thinks she’s going crazy...again. She’s become a bit obsessed with a wolf who may or may not be talking to her. Tristan Kane is a shifter that has been stuck in his wolf form and trapped at a zoo. When he finally gets a real scent of a worker that he’s been keeping an eye on makes him realize that she’s actually his mate. Like with all of this author’s books, this was a really good story and I really loved all of the characters. I really felt for Ashlee as she basically had her world flipped upside down right from the beginning. The only thing that bothered me was that it felt rushed in some places where I would’ve liked it to not have been.
