Melody wanted to comfort Jason when she saw how upset he was. She had been watching him from afar. He is a First Sergeant and she is a Junior Officer. They had that one time then they were both back stateside at Fort Jackson. Melody has just been promoted.
This was a very awesome story. I totally loved it. Melody's twists and turns she goes through, as well as Jason's, just pulls you towards them. The story and plot were great, but the characters were absolutely awesome. I highly recommend.

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review** Maddy was dating an angel, MJ. MJ is a protector who has broken a lot of rules, but some he had to keep. MJ told Maddy she was his heart and he would fight before he would let anyone take her. Maddy had some special powers of her own. The characters were good, especially Maddy, who was overwhelmed with powers she couldn't control and the love she couldn't state and MJ. The plot was good as was the overall story. It dragged a little bit, but overall a good story. I recommend, although I didn't like the ending.

He was from Tennessee and he was an attorney. Maggie was a cake decorator and childhood friend of Fiona, the bride. Maggie and her sister Emily had formed Two Heart Catering two months before. Emily called Maggie away from Chad as the cake had been ruined. Maggie was the responsible and reliable half of the company. Emily was the creative cook.
