The World on a Plate: 40 Cuisines, 100 Recipes, and the Stories Behind Them The World on a Plate: 40 Cuisines, 100 Recipes, and the Stories Behind Them by Mina Holland
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The World On A Plate is a cookbook where the author shares her love of food as well as the world. Not only does she give you dishes from around the world, she gives you the stories behind them as well as cultural history of the different dishes. I think that anyone that has a passion for food will enjoy it. It was a really good book to read through. I highly recommend.
