Diamonds & Desire
Jordana's sister Lucee had called her and left her a frantic voicemail, so Jordana went to find out what was wrong. When she got there, she found out Lucee wanted her to stand in for her at a charity auction. Jordana agreed to do this. Jordana modeled a beautiful necklace and Logan told her he must have it.
I loved this story and the overall plot. The characters were great, especially Jordana. I loved how she handled herself especially through all the changes she went through to find happiness.
I highly recommend to anyone that likes this genre.

Review of Hotter Than Helltown by SM Reine

This is the first book I have read by this author. I was definitely curious especially since it is in a man's point of view. This is the third book in the Preternatural Affairs series. It follows a male witch, Cesar Hawke, as he and his partner have to solve a crime involving mutilated dead bodies that are popping up all over the place. It took me a little while to get to this book, but once I got into it, I didn't put it down until I was done. Cesar is absolutely hilarious. I found him squeamish, unsure of himself, always seems to have a plan, and yet very likable. He is also very loyal to his partner and his director. Towards the end of the book, he is able to find the confidence he needs to pull off some hard magic and save his boss. I look forward to reading more books with him in it.

Review of The Girl Who Ignored Ghosts by K.C. Tansley - 5 Stars

**I received an ARC of this story in exchange for an honest review** Kat was in Professor McTernan's class of the lore and lure of historical places. Kat had to do a paper on a double murder that happened in 1886. Ghosts were things that Kat had actively avoided for the last 8 years. Ghosts were a constant presence since childhood, but Kat had some things to help her. Kat was a young woman who had powers and she connected with her ancestors to do what had to be done. She was a great character, as were all the others. The plot and overall story were very entertaining. I highly recommend.
